Bennu Travel LTD will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the course of the travel arrangements. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest. Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and travel insurance coverage.
Website Use Guidelines:
- The content and materials on our website are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.
- Users are prohibited from using our website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Users must not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
Definition of Impermissible Conduct/Abuse and Termination Clause:
- Any form of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other participants will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to terminate the travel arrangements and services of any participant who engages in impermissible conduct without any refund.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Virginia.

Intellectual Property Clause:
- All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Bennu Travel and are protected by copyright laws.

Refund Policy:
At Bennu Travel, we understand that unexpected changes can occur. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please review our refund policy and cancellation agreement below:
Deposits:
- Deposits for bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Charges:
- If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation
charges as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: Loss of deposit.
- 15-29 days before departure: 30% of tour cost or deposit if greater.
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of tour cost or deposit if greater.
- 6 or fewer days before departure: 80% of tour cost or deposit if greater.
- 48 hours or fewer before departure: 100% of tour cost or deposit if greater.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the booking form.
- Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to tours@bennutravel.com.
- In the event of a cancellation, we offer the option to reschedule the tour to a future date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original departure date.
- We offer a free cancellation option within 24 hours after the booking is made.
- After 24 hours, the standard cancellation charges mentioned above will apply.
- If your cancellation is less than 30 days in advance, you may receive a voucher to attend a future event.
- The voucher will be valid for six months from the original departure date.
- Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member who may be interested in attending the tour.
- The transfer must be requested in writing and approved by Bennu Travel.
- Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given.
- If you want to make any changes to the tour or depart the tour early, such alterations or departures will be entirely at your own expense and liability.
- You will need to communicate your reason for leaving the tour in writing to the tour operator.
